Ingredients

ground lamb
or 85% ground beef

garlic

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add lamb to a bowl
Dice ½ large yellow onion, mince 2 garlic cloves and add them to ground meat.
Add seasonings, and 2 eggs and combine.
add ¾ cup of almond flour
After combining everything use a 1/4 cup scoop or measuring cup and form meatballs
Add each meatball to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Give each meatball space between
