- 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
- 6 cups filtered water
Open and empty canned coconut into a blender.
Use the can to fill 3 times with filtered water.
Blend on high for 60 seconds.
Add to your container, cover with a lid and store in the fridge.
Makes 16 1/2 cup servings.
This milk will need to be shaken before each use as coconut milk will solidify a bit when it chills.
Lasts 5-7 days in the fridge
