2 Ingredient Coconut Milk

All you need is two ingredients to make this dairy-free milk alternative. Coconut milk also has some healthy fats and tastes amazing in so many everyday uses. Top your cereal with this, use it in a smoothie or drink it as is.

Equipment

  • 1 Blender or Add to glass bottle with lid and shake

Ingredients

  • 1 can unsweetened coconut milk
  • 6 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Open and empty canned coconut into a blender.
  • Use the can to fill 3 times with filtered water.
  • Blend on high for 60 seconds.
  • Add to your container, cover with a lid and store in the fridge.

Notes

Makes 16 1/2 cup servings.
This milk will need to be shaken before each use as coconut milk will solidify a bit when it chills.
Lasts 5-7 days in the fridge
