1 stainless steel bowl with lid
Ingredients

chicken wing sections
cook one batch at a time if using a small air fryer (double cook time)

carrots
optional cut into sticks

stalks
celery
optional cut into sticks

Nutiva shortening
or your favorite healthy shortening

Hot sauce
use your favorite we love Texas Peete
Instructions
Preheat air fryer 400 degrees for five minutes
add 1 pound of wing sections to air fryer basket making sure there is space between each wing (if using a small basket style air fryer)
sprinkle salt to taste (optional)
Cook for 30 min at 380 degrees
Add second batch (1 lb) of chicken wing sections if your air fryer is the smaller size with a basket
Add 1/4 cup dairy free shortening to 1/4 cup hot sauce, cover and microwave 30-45 seconds
handle carefully and mix all ingredients together
cut up optional celery and carrots into sticks
add sauce to a stainless steel bowl cover with sauce and mix until wings are coated
