- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 lb ground 93% lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup potato flakes dehydrated potato
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or sub Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp ground oregano or 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground rosemary or 1 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
- sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Preheat oven to 375 degreesAdd ground lamb and ground beef to a bowl Add Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, ground rosemary, ground oregano, and dried parsley and mix until combined
Add in potato flakes
Add parchment paper to a sheet pan and set aside
Form 8 equal oblong balls of the mixture and add to sheet pan
Top with dried parsley
Place the pan in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 35 minutes or until your preferred doneness is reached
