- 1 pound 93% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 1 pound Ground Lamb
- Ground Rosemary or Crushed Rosemary
- Ground Oregano
- Organic Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce or sub Coconut Aminos
- Potato Flakes
- Sea Salt

- Sheet pan or roasting pan
- Mixing bowl
- unbleached parchment paper (optional)

Steps to Make Gluten Free Egg Free Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Add ground lamb and ground beef in a bowl
- Add Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, ground rosemary, ground oregano, and dried parsley and mix until combined
- Add in potato flakes
- Add parchment paper to a sheet pan and set aside
- Form 8 equal oblong balls of the mixture and add to sheet pan
- Top with dried parsley
- Place the pan in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 35 minutes or until your preferred doneness is reached

- 1 tsp ground oregano or 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground rosemary or 1 1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
- sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degreesAdd ground lamb and ground beef to a bowl
