  • 1 pound 93% Lean Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 pound Ground Lamb
  • Ground Rosemary or Crushed Rosemary
  • Ground Oregano
  • Organic Gluten Free Worcestershire Sauce or sub Coconut Aminos
  • Potato Flakes
  • Sea Salt

  • Sheet pan or roasting pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • unbleached parchment paper (optional)
  • Measuring spoons

Steps to Make Gluten Free Egg Free Meatloaf

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Add ground lamb and ground beef in a bowl
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, sea salt, ground rosemary, ground oregano, and dried parsley and mix until combined
  • Add in potato flakes
  • Add parchment paper to a sheet pan and set aside
  • Form 8 equal oblong balls of the mixture and add to sheet pan
  • Top with dried parsley
  • Place the pan in a preheated 375 degree oven and bake for 35 minutes or until your preferred doneness is reached
