Add cassava flour, potato starch, baking powder, salt, almond flour, tapioca flour, and psyllium husk powder to a mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients and set aside
Warm 3/4 cup water in a microwave safe bowl
Mix sugar into water and add yeast
Once yeast activates add 2 Tbsp olive oil
Add wet ingredients into dry mixture
Form a dough ball
Add formed dough to a greased bowl and sit in a warm place to rise for 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 450
Roll out your dough on parchment paper and form edges for the crust
Trim excess parchment paper and place on a pizza baking tray.
PARBAKE your crust for 8 minutes
Remove parbaked crust and add toppings
Bake with topping for 7 minutes
