Tips for Making Grain-Free Pizza Crust

Depending on the brand of flours you use you may need to add 1 tsp of water to your dough if it’s too dry.

Par-baking is essential to the texture of this recipe. Make sure to par-bake your crust for 7-8 minutes.

Parchment paper is needed to form the base and hold it together when transferring to your pizza pan.

Do not skip the baking powder since this is a gluten-free crust it is necessary to help with the texture and rise.

The psyllium husk powder is what mimics the chew of gluten so please don’t skip this.

If your dough is sticky use a bit of tapioca or arrowroot flour to roll out your dough.
