Instructions
Wash, Cut, and dry the Cucumber, Radish, and Broccoli. Keep all other Vegetables whole. Mince 2-3 garlic cloves and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a bowl. Add all remaining ingredients to the same bowl and whisk. Pour over vegetables and toss.
