My Simple Makeup products For Every day wear

My simple makeup products for every day wear are cost effective and easy to find. I keep it pretty simple with my makeup choices. I dabbled a bit with bright colors and glitter years ago. Thankfully it didn’t take too long for me to find what I liked best for everyday wear. I like a classic every day makeup look that gets me out the door quickly. Without the need for 10 different steps! And I pretty much always wear, liquid liner, mascara, and concealer. Earth tones with a bit of Plum, Pinks, and Gold are my favorite shades. My preference is to spend 15 minutes tops applying makeup!

I’m working towards more natural makeup

In this post I’m sharing the items I have been using for about a year or more. These are truly my go-to product favorites. I mostly keep it simple with my every day products and I will add a pop of color with my lip choice for date night.

All of the items work for daily wear but also have options to add that “pop” of drama for evening wear.

Though most of the items I use now are pretty clean, I’m working toward more natural makeup in routine. Some of these items may be on the way out and replaced by cleaner options. It is a work in progress.

These are my favorite simple every day makeup products

• Elf Brow Liner in Dark Brown for my eyebrows. i love that this pencil does not need to be sharpened and is durable enough to throw in a bag without the worry of breaking it. It’s super accessible and can be found at most Drugstores, Walmart, Amazon etc. The price is Great! It runs $2.00 and up depending on where you purchase it.
  Bare Minerals Blemish Remedyis great if I am not in the mood for foundation but I want to even my skin tone and treat my skin simultaneously. This is found on Amazon or if you have Sephora, Ulta or an Outlet that sells these products in your area. I wear the Clearly Sand Color. It runs around $20.00
  NYX Gotcha Covered Concealeris one that I have used for those under eye circles that I have:) I like the texture of this because I can use it alone without foundation and any extra on my sponge I can just use on other areas of my face. The consistency has a slight tackiness to it. This can be found on Amazon, Target, and some Drugstores. The price is $10.00 and up. I use the Golden Color
  NYX Professional Makeup Concealer Wand is one of those products I don’t think I am going to stop purchasing. The coverage is great, but most impressive is the staying powder. For around $5.00 it is a steal of a deal. This can be found at Target, and slightly cheaper on Amazon.
  Bare Minerals Bare Pro Foundation in the color Cardamom. This is MY Favorite Foundation. My sister actually purchased Bare Minerals BareSkin Skin Brightening Serum foundation for me years ago and I loved it. Previously, I wore that for 3 years until just this year I switched to This amazing stuff! It is build-able coverage that has more of a Matte finish. I prefer this because the Skin Brightening Serum gave more of a Dewy finish. The Bare Pro has better staying power but it’s so lightweight and seems to help with my combination skin. This can be found in store or online at Amazon. I paid $21.68 on Amazon and it was the cheapest I have found.

MY FAVORITE eye makeup

1. Pacifica Eye shadow Palette in the Pink Nudes collection is fantastic. One of my favorite things about this palette is the ingredients and the price. I like the formulation of this eye shadow. It goes on smoothly and has great pigment. If you gravitate toward Mauves, Brown, Gold, Plum, and Peachy Pinks this is perfect. This set is the “Pink Nudes” Collection and runs $14.00 and up. Target, Amazon, and Ulta carry this brand. I can’t rave about this one enough. These colors look great on just about all skin complexions
2. NYX Matte Liquid Eyeliner is easy to use and I really like the shape of the brush. The applicator brush is not too thin or thick and bulky. As far as formulation goes, it doesn’t irritate my eyes. The price is great starting at $4.00. Amazon, Target, and CVS carry this one.
3. Rimmel Mascara Wonder’Fully Real in Extreme Black works well for me. I have pretty sparse eyelashes and the formulation has Keratin in it which I really like. The wand is Great it catches all the really short lashes with no problem at all. The price point is Great, i purchased mine at Walmart for $6.00.
4. L’oreal Lash Paradise Mascara is an excellent alternative to the “Better Than Sex” Mascara by Too Faced Cosmetics. This will run $9.00 and up as opposed to the Too Faced Brand that costs almost $30.00. This is an Excellent Alternative to that. You can find it at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and Drugstores.
5. Lorac Unzipped Palette: This was a gift I received for Christmas. Perfect shade-range to wear for a glam or every day look. The colors are such an Awesome shade range for any day of the week. From Day to Night this palette covers all the bases! It runs $42.00. They have smaller palettes that are $24.00. I must say it’s worth the cost.

MY FAVORITE LIP PRODUCTS FOR EVERY DAY & GLAM

1. Wet ‘N Wild Mega Last Liquid Catsuit in “Goth Topic ” this is the hue I wear for a date night out with my Hubs. He seems to really like this color on me. I purchased it at CVS.
   Wet ‘N Wild Mega Last Liquid Catsuit in “Give me Mocha” is hands-down my Favorite anytime color. You can wear it in the day or at night. It goes on smoothly and stays put with a Matte finish (until you eat). I usually wear lip balm underneath and liner. It’s cost effective at $3.49 and up. I’ve purchased from Amazon, CVS, and Target. I’m on my 3rd lipstick now.
   Maple Holistics All Natural Therapeutic Lip Balm: This set has 4 different flavors, sunscreen, and contain ingredients like Aloe Vera, Vitamin E, Cocoa butter and other nourishing oils. The fact that the flavors are not over-powering is a bonus. I just put on some lip liner and apply this on top. The price is about $8.00 and I purchased these on Amazon.
   N.Y.C lip liner in this dark mauve color. I’m not sure what the exact name is. I purchased mine at CVS or Walmart. The price is around $2.00. I lean towards lip pencils that have a dark copper/plum color. I’m not super picky with my lip pencils
