Wellness

In this episode, we are discussing wellness from a Stewardship perspective. Wellness and the role it has played in my life. I’m sharing why it’s important and why it is an area that we have to be intentional about Stewarding Well.

My Wellness Journey began many years ago and there were some serious issues with the health of loved ones that were really a turning point and catalyst for bringing me to the point that I am today.

As Believers, we are called to Stewardship over our entire lifestyle because God didn’t leave anything out.

As I always say “Your life matters and what you do with it does too.”

I hope this episode encourages you!
