Favorite Inexpensive Christmas Decor Finds
This post contains affiliate links, for more information read Disclosures. I just went to a few of my favorite stores for some Christmas decorations. My husband had a guys day and our Toddler stayed home with him. This meant that I was able to run around to grab a few decor items. I’m sharing some of my favorite inexpensive Christmas decor finds from my outing.
I know a lot of people that have already decorated before Thanksgiving even got here this year. But we didn’t yet!
A few weeks ago I went to one of my favorite stores, which is Hobby Lobby. I literally took pictures of some of the items I wanted to get when I went back.

When I went, everyone else seemed to be there too! I mean everyone and their Momma was there! Clearly, I am not the only one that loves Hobby Lobby!
Some aisles I couldn’t even walk down, because it was so crowded. So, I was really happy that I had an idea of what I wanted already.
Favorite Christmas Decor Finds: We keep our Decor Pretty Neutral
In our home, we really like neutral decor and I like to bring in a bit a texture, patterns, and metallics. Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Bronze, I love it all.
Although we already have items that we will put up for decorations I wanted to grab a few new pieces to add.
Is anyone else like that? You just want to grab a few new pieces to mix in with the older ones.?
Everything in the store that I wanted was 50% off, and I was so excited to grab what I had my eye on at a really great discount.
That’s a “win, win” in my book!
I purchased some great pieces that I think will look great year after year. For Christmas, and regular home décor honestly.
I also picked up some items that will work for our everyday neutral decor and won’t be used necessarily for Christmas.
Christmas Decor Favorites: Texture

Some of the first things that I picked up were these Amazing pieces that are made of Concrete. I mean these bad boys are heavy! I figured if anyone tried to mess with me while I was walking to my car, I could easily use them to defend myself.
LOL, I’m only half kidding.
They have this gray look and natural texture detail that I really love. And the Hubs thought they were really cool as well.
I like that he really liked them and even though I pick the decor I think it’s important that we Both like the way our home looks.
Both items were five bucks after the discount, and for the price, I mean you can’t beat it.
This cement tree will look so good on a table or even on our bookcase. I may put it on a counter, you name it you could add this anywhere it would look so good.
The star also has that natural texture and just screams “Winter” to me.

Metallic Decor
The next item I got was this accent piece with leaves. The leaves are really durable, and the Metallic color is so eye-catching. This was $2.00 and to be honest I have no idea what I am going to do with it, but I knew I had to grab it.

I think the leaves could be taken off and used to create a Minimalist Wreath, or on a centerpiece. I’m sure I will find a use for it.
This is not the first or the last time that I have purchased something for a great price and had no idea what I was going to do with it.

Favorite Inexpensive Christmas Decor Finds: I Love Gold
I picked up this next piece for $2.00 and it’s a placemat but I am not going to use it for that. In my office, I have several of these wire gold baskets and I saw this placemat and thought of them immediately.

I think that’s such a good hack, and I do it all the time. I buy things for one purpose and use it in a different way. Since I like texture so much I tend to have an alternate use for things that I buy.
I’m going to use this gold placemat as a decor piece for the wall in my office. It’s so lightweight I could hang it just about anywhere. I think it’s more interesting since it has the gold shine and interesting random woven detail.
And again, for 2 dollars I was sold on it even if I didn’t know how I would use it.

Favorite Inexpensive Christmas Decor Finds: Improvising for my tree skirt
One of the things I wanted on the first trip to Hobby Lobby was some Buffalo Check patterns. Specifically, I wanted Gray, white, and black. Even though all the Christmas decor was 50% off I didn’t find exactly what I was looking for at the price point I had in mind.

Since I didn’t see what I was looking for I decided I would pop over to the Fabric Department. And that section was also 50% off.
My intention was to find some buffalo Check fabric over there but instead, I found something that I liked just as much.
I figured I would use some fabric that I fell in love with for our tree skirt.
This fabric was sooooo nice and soft. I may even buy some more since the price was so great and use it in another project. Possibly for a blanket?.
For 1.5 yards of fabric, I paid only $11.24 and this fabric will be great to use as the tree skirt.

My Favorite Inexpensive Christmas Decor Finds: My number One

For the last thing that I picked up from Hobby Lobby was this Gorgeous white wreath. I love that it’s an all-metal wreath. The white metal leaves have the coolest black edge detail that gives it a bit of edge and makes the leaves pop.
This all-metal leaf wreath was only 17 bucks after the discount. Yet again I’m not sure I will use this for Christmas Decor but possibly in our kitchen.
Honestly, I’m not sure yet.
Can you tell I’m not a super planned with creative things?

Christmas Decor Finds: At my other favorite store
I also popped over to TJMaxx which is another favorite store and picked up this cool buffalo check kitchen towel set.

A set of 2 was $6.99 and has a terry cloth backing and these cool graphic gold trees on them with a buffalo check background.

I like that these are long and could be used for kitchen towels or I may lay them on our foyer or coffee table.
The last item is this little wooden tree that I picked up from Mighty Dollar for the low, low price of two bucks! I may stain, paint it or leave it the way it is.

I really like that it has these natural knots in the wood and has a Scandinavian look. This might look perfect on my bookcase. We will see where I end up using it.
