Stewarding Wellness An Easy Meal Planning Method Episode 43
Sometimes the idea of dinner seems to hit us out of nowhere. It’s like the last-minute Christmas shoppers *I’m raising my hand. We know Christmas like our hunger will sneak up on us if we are not prepared.
One of the things I am trying to do is keep things simple and if you treat your meal plans (or lack of them) like I treat last-minute shopping… this episode is for you. The last thing we should have to do during the busiest times of our lives is to not give our body the support it needs through nourishing food.
You know, the food with ingredients that we can pronounce.
The food that actually is considered fuel to our bodies!
But during times of so many other decisions, it tends to be one of the first things to fall by the way-side. Yet during times of busyness or stress, our body needs the most support, not just anything that resembles food. It needs actual food.
The best way that I have found to support healthy living and wellness is through eating well. I do this with my own simple system that I share in this episode (43) of The Style and Stewardship Podcast.
I keep it simple and also share a way that you can create your own system for eating well and nourishing your body.
This isn’t an in-depth episode about food ingredients but one of eating whole, real food and utilizing a system to make meal planning easier. This takes the guesswork out so you can focus on each week ahead without having the added stress of the dreaded question.”What’s for dinner?”
