These grain-free air-fryer chicken nuggets are an easy way to enjoy chicken nuggets without the unhealthy ingredients. You need just a few ingredients and an air fryer.

My kid loves these and I love that I can control the quality of the ingredients and sometimes… have leftovers!

I also love to eat these and serve them with my healthy air-fryer buffalo wings, celery sticks, and carrots. For a healthy family dinner, I serve them with something green or on top of salad greens.

How to Make Gluten-Free Air-fryer Nuggets

Here are the tools and ingredients that you will need for these simple and delicious nuggets

  • Mixing bowl
  • Optional tongs
  • Measuring spoons

  • Cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts and add to a mixing bowl.
  • Add 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo.
  • Add in salt, smoked paprika, and optional onion and garlic powder and mix.
  • Add tapioca flour and coat the chicken.

  • Add almond flour and coat the chicken.

Simple and delicious grain-free and gluten-free chicken nuggets made in the air fryer. These are perfect for kids and healthy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbs avocado oil mayo
  • salt to taste preference *I used 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • blanched almond flour
  • tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder Optional
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder Optional

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Spoons
  • tongs optional

Method
 

  1. Cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts and add to a mixing bowl.
