My kid loves these and I love that I can control the quality of the ingredients and sometimes… have leftovers!
I also love to eat these and serve them with my healthy air-fryer buffalo wings, celery sticks, and carrots. For a healthy family dinner, I serve them with something green or on top of salad greens.

How to Make Gluten-Free Air-fryer Nuggets
Here are the tools and ingredients that you will need for these simple and delicious nuggets
- Mixing bowl
- Optional tongs
- Measuring spoons
- Simple ingredients
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Avocado oil mayo
- Tapioca starch/flour or Cassava Flour
- Blanched almond flour
- Sea salt
- Smoked paprika
- optional onion powder
- optional garlic powder

- Steps
- Cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts and add to a mixing bowl.
- Add 2 tbsp avocado oil mayo.
- Add in salt, smoked paprika, and optional onion and garlic powder and mix.
- Add tapioca flour and coat the chicken.

- Add almond flour and coat the chicken.

- Add to the basket of your air fryer.

- Cook at 380 degrees for 18 minutes.
