 If you have ever wondered about IF (also known as Intermittent Fasting) and if you should try it this episode is for you. Today we are getting into the truth about intermittent fasting for women. Whenever we approach our health and wellness it’s important to ask questions that are supportive to our bodies in all areas.

Many women will attest that intermittent fasting “worked” for them. But, it’s importatant to consider our unique bodies as women, but also individually.

In the world of wellness, it can be tricky to decipher what is (actually) beneficial to our health. Not only that, so many people will share their results of trying different approaches that “work” for them.

From a lifestyle stewardship perspective, it’s important to consider what Intermittent Fasting is and isn’t. There are nuances to everything, and, in particular, to the female body, and IF may not be beneficial to our bodies.
